Basic forms are shapes with volume. It can be drawn using a simple cube form.
We are told to produce sketches of objects based on the basic form given as below:
- Cube
- Cylinder
- Sphere
- Cone
- Combinations of all basic forms given.
Cube - Rubik's Cube
Cylinder - Candle
Cone - Party Hat
Sphere - Ornament
Combinations - Lamp
Reflection
Objects around us are mostly made up of basic forms. Besides that basic forms can be drawn by using a cube to obtain an accurate measurement and form.
